THE FEAST

Atmospheric, ambient, aromatic…….. this exclusive and exciting party will ignite all the senses!

Blue Fizz Events will create and style a beautiful candlelit barn for your arrival. Enjoy feasting at banquet style tables, indulgently dressed with tumbling foliage and candelabras. Fabulous foodies H & A Catering will deliver a sumptuous 3 course feast including shared feasting platters and fine Winter fare. Enjoy!!

Starter A gorgeous shared grazing board of chorizo, salami, serrano ham, mixed olives, sun dried tomatoes, feta stuffed peppers, hummus & toasted seeds, artisan breads & dipping oils

Main Course Delicious platters of Roast Pork with a fennel salt and pepper crust & Roast Turkey with a sage and butter rub, crushed roasted potatoes, pear and sage stuffing, locally sourced mini sausages wrapped in pancetta, spiced honey glazed root vegetables, pickled red cabbage with bramley apple verjus, butted glazed green vegetables, parsnip crisps, red wine jus

Vegetarian Starter Divine Baked Camembert with Rosemary & Garlic

Vegetarian Main Gorgeous Field mushrooms filled with petite ratatouille topped with cheddar & breadcrumbs OR a delicious filo parcel filled with vegetables

Fish Option Fillet of Sea Bass with lemon & herb oil ( vegetables as served with other main meals )

Dessert Trio of miniature dessert, served on platter to the table, pannacotta, chocolate brownie, miniature mince pies
