We are super excited to invite you to our unique summer event FUNKY SOUL FRIDAY PADSTOW on 20 July 2018. This laid back, chilled 70’s funk & soul inspired feast + party  experience is set within a stunning destination on the North Cornish Coast – Trerethern Farm, overlooking the Camel Estuary….a sublime blend of harbour, coast and moor. Owned by the Geach Family, Trerethern Farm has been in the family for over 150 years….and in July they ”open their gates’ for our fabulous Summer event.Following on from the success of the Barefoot Ball in Croyde over the last few years, we are thrilled to invite you to this super stylish Summer Food & Party experience with a Cornish twist! Partnering with some the South West’s finest and most fabulous Food, Drink & Entertainment Creatives, Blue Fizz is proud to present to you our retro inspired FUNKY SOUL FRIDAY!

Relax and Unwind with our Retro Fizz on arrival whilst listening to the Live Retro Sessions, watch the sun setting, take a seat & enjoy a FIELD TO FEAST Festival inspired food experience cooked over the grills & then dance the Night away @ the Funky Soul Friday ‘After Party’……  We have partnered with some of the coolest food, drink & entertainment providers in Cornwall & Devon to bring you an incredible Summer Festival style Party experience in the heart of beautiful Padstow.

WOODFIRED CANTEEN will be creating an incredible festival style service off the grills for you to grab a plate, find a seat & tuck into!

Woodfired Canteen is a catering company with a distinct difference. Woodfired Canteen cooks unique dinners over wood fire, serving to the centre of your table in inspiring locations and we are super thrilled to have them join us at our Padstow Events! They will be joining forces with Padstow Kitchen Garden to deliver a Season Feast with a Distinct Difference!  Padstow Kitchen Garden grows a huge variety of vegetables which find their way into some of the county’s finest restaurants and cafes including Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and St Petroc’s Bistro, Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen, and Michelin starred Number 6 and The Driftwood.

Blue Fizz Events is thrilled to be partnering with these fabulous Food creatives and their Team at both of our Padstow Events , sharing the same ethos and ideals ‘Good people cooking good food’

THE BARS

Grab a drink or two at the coolest Air Stream Bar in Padstow – THE BUFFALO BAR 

The Buffalo is Cornwall’s ultimate mobile bar offering unrivalled style and service to you and your guests. They have won awards for their hand-crafted seasonal cocktails, but it’s not just cocktails – Buffalo provide a full range of beers, wines and premium spirits.

If you have been lucky enough to join us at a Blue Fizz event within the last few months this fabulous bar may look a little familiar… The Buffalo last joined us at our Boho Bride Wedding Festival + also at our Barefoot Ball 2017.

Camper Coffee Co. is a mobile vintage café and coffee van brewing coffee from their very rare and beautifully restored 1964 VW Splitscreen Container Van called ‘Rosie’. Tireless perfectionists. They try super hard to make every cup better than the last and don’t stop until they make our customers proud! For 2018 we are excited to announce they will be bringing along their incredibly cool NEW Pop Up bar set up (launched at Glastonbury last year) – at your service for fizz/wines/beers/ales/ciders….not forgetting the wobbly coffees too! These guys are at the top of their game – expect style, banter and bon viveur!

TG Weddings in partnership with Sternberg Clarke of London are sponsors of the LIVE Boho Sessions for arrival. Watch this space to see who will be performing!

Aldo Vancucci, one of Ibiza finest DJs with one of the largest Vinyl Collections – will be driving the dancefloor to distraction with his very own sizzling Funky and Soul megamix!, weaving vintage, 70s funk & soul gems. Aldo has a longstanding love affair with all things soulful and funky , having DJ’d everywhere from Japan to Australia and throughout most of Europe, he regularly supports Craig Charles. His depth of knowledge has been used to supply samples to Fatboy Slim and Prodigy. Aldo will bring us a Funky Soul Beats party to remember. Party peeps are you ready to take to the floor??

STRIKE A POSE Yes – it’s selfie time… again! We all love a funny pic with our friends, and these guys have plenty of incredible props to make for a super groovy selfie! Create funny & fabulous memories within our pop up Photo Booth with thanks to Matt Stockman Photography.

Matt Stockman Photography have developed a fabulous style of their own + they are proud to bring you a new and unique Photo Booth experience, this lovely duo have also joined us at many of our inspiring events recently, including The Late Summer Boho Ball.

HENNA TATTOO

Sublime Spa will also be joining us across the weekend offering Henna Tattoos.
